2. What data we collect

When you send an inquiry: your name, email address, phone number (optional), country, vehicle details, part material and quantity, the description of the work and the photos you upload.

When you browse the site: technical data your browser sends automatically (IP address, browser type, pages requested), processed by our hosting provider to deliver and secure the website.

3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

To assess your parts and prepare a quotation — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

To carry out agreed work, invoicing and accounting — performance of a contract and legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c)).

To keep the website secure and working — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.

4. Who receives your data

Only service providers that help us run the website, hosting and email, acting on our instructions; couriers when parts are shipped; and authorities where the law requires it. Some providers may process data outside the EEA under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

5. How long we keep it

Inquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted within 12 months. Data related to orders and invoices is kept for the periods required by Lithuanian accounting law (generally 10 years).

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to processing, and request data portability. Write to info@retroshtern.com.

You may also lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (www.ada.lt) or the authority in your country.
